Service Technician

Immediate position available for a residential/light commercial HVAC Service Technician. Techs will be responsible for the maintenance and service of all types of residential/light commercial equipment. Technicians will be in front of customers on a daily basis and must perform their duties in a way to ensure work is performed with honesty and integrity.

Requirements:
• Lift up to 100 lb.
• Crawl, stand, walk, climb as needed to access systems
• Work in all climates
• Fill out customer invoices
• Provide basic hand tools (additional tools may be purchased through our Tool Program)
• Basic math skills

Job Specific Requirements:
• Understand the basics of electrical (high & low voltage) and be able to diagnose issues
• Understand the refrigerant cycle & pressures and diagnose issues associated
• Understand airflow and how it affects system operation and performance
• Have confidence in refrigerant brazing techniques
• Universal EPA certified
• Have a good understanding of gas pressure and combustion

Lead & Assistant Installers

Immediate position available for a residential/light commercial HVAC installer. Installers will be responsible for the installation of major brands of heating and air conditioning equipment, including but not limited to: complete rigid and flexible duct systems, high and low voltage wiring, minor plumbing and carpentry, refrigerant line sets, gas piping, and exhaust vents.

Requirements:
• Lift up to 100 lb.
• Crawl, stand, walk, climb as needed for installations
• Climb ladders and walk on roofing trusses
• Work in tight spaces at times
• Work in all climates
• Fill out material sheets at end of day
• Create material check lists
• Provide basic hand tools (additional tools may be purchased through our Tool Program)

Even better if you:
• Are willing eager to learn
• Take pride in your work
• Have great communication skills
• Can read and interpret blueprints
• Have obtained a universal EPA certificate
• Have experience in R22 and R410a balancing & charging
• Are a NATE certified technician (looking to be a service tech only? please inquire)
• Have experience with electrical, plumbing, or construction
• Have experience in duct layout & fabrication
• Have experience with gas pipe installation
• Have experience with refrigerant pipe brazing
