Maintenance Program

Heating and air conditioning system maintenance is something most homeowners tend to think about only when a breakdown occurs.  Catching problems before they cause a breakdown is key.  Regular preventative maintenance can ensure trouble-free operation and peak performance of your system.  By taking part in our maintenance program, you can be certain your system won’t let you down in Tennessee’s unseasonably cold (or hot) weather. On top of that, if your system requires a repair, we’ll give you 10% off the parts we use.

System maintenance not only prevents costly breakdowns, but also ensures lower running costs,  longer system life, and most importantly, your comfort.  Most HVAC manufacturers recommend a system checkup at least once a year on equipment, some even requiring proof of system maintenance for warranty claims.

Our highly trained technicians check your system from top to bottom.  The types of checks our technicians perform depend on your system type.  A thorough check of the high voltage electrical components, refrigerant level, safety devices, evaporator and condensing coil, duct work, drain, filter(s), and thermostat will be common for nearly every type of unit.  In addition, heat pumps will be checked for properly working defrost boards and reversing valves.  Gas units will be checked for proper gas pressure, proper venting, and proper combustion.  When we are done, they’ll be no question that your system is in tip-top shape!  If we find anything that should cause concern, we will let you know ASAP and discuss what we can do to resolve it.
